Apartments were clean. Location was good.
We stayed for 11 days and the apartment was only cleaned once which is definitely not enough.

We absolutely loved our one-bedroom apartment at Wittenberg Cove. The three huge windows overlooking the canal offered a magnificent view and filled the apartment with beautiful natural light. The location is also quite central, during our one-week stay, we walked everywhere in Amsterdam and never needed to take the metro or tram.
The apartment was incredibly peaceful and quiet, which we really appreciated.
The kitchen was adequately equipped, and when we asked reception for a few additional items and an extra blanket, they were provided without any problem.
The highlight for us was definitely the bathroom. The walk-in shower was spacious and well designed, with excellent lighting and perfect water pressure. We also really appreciated the heated towel rail.
We would happily stay in this apartment again and look forward to coming back!

The Wittenberg is nestled in De Plantage, one of the quieter and greener districts but still a convenient location. It's a short distance from Centraal (7 minutes walk to Waterlooplein station and then 2 minutes by metro). There are two supermarkets in the vicinity: Albert Heijn and Spar - both about 6 minutes away.
The stunning 18th century complex with a rich history comprises three buildings divided by two courtyards. The large windows of our studio suite no 321, Garden Building, overlooked Nieuwe Keizersgracht with its houseboats, a spectacular view!š„° Inside there's a small kitchenette, sitting, dining and sleeping area with a comfortable bed, as well as a bathroom with a pretty big shower and Zenology toiletries provided.
Don't stay here in the summer as there's no A/C. What's worse, the very large historic windows only open about 20 cm. It was quite hot during our time in A'dam, fortunately we asked for a portable fan at the reception.
We also had to ask for an electric kettle, a few pots and plates because the kitchen was poorly equipped: a set of cutlery, cups and glasses for only two people. That means you need to wash up after every meal. In that case the dishwasher is hardly worth using.
There were no basic condiments such as salt & pepper. Only 4 tea bags and 2 coffee capsules were provided for an 11-night stay of two guests. Housekeeping didn't replenish these items during cleaning.
Furthermore, the wardrobe space was completely inadequate. We had to leave our clothes on the sofa and chairs because there was nowhere to store them.
The rug's texture seems to attract dust and dirt making it difficult to keep clean.
Communication with the staff was disappointing. There was never anyone in the reception when you needed them.
Overall, the accommodation was overpriced for the level of comfort and service offered.š
