All staff were extremely friendly and the location cannot be beat. Perfectly situated a 5 min walk from Copacabana or 10 min from Ipanema. Not just good for walking but also handy as there's always plenty of Ubers around at all times.
We were there for three nights and our room (we were in a private suite) wasn't cleaned, despite us hanging the sign on our door knob every day asking for it to be. We also asked at the front desk after the second day (they took note of the request) but it still didn't happen. Not a deal breaker by any means, but it would have been nice.
