Property was in a fabulous location. Room was clean and comfortable and staff went above and beyond to ensure everything was organised. Roof top pool and deck amazing

The concierge was good, location was perfect and view was amazing, however the price did reflect that
It wasn’t quite the level I expected. For a 5 star hotel I expect better service and in my personal opinion it wasn’t up to par

Everything was amazing: breakfast, location, staff

The location was good as it was right on the beach. Sauna was well utilized.
The sauna walls could use some cleaning, looked like some mold was starting to pop up. Staff was a bit sterile- not very warm and friendly like what I am used to in Brazil. The gym is TINY. Much of the hotel is in need of an update.
