The location was great, close to Ipanema but could easily also walk to Copacabana. Close to shops a chemist, bars and places to eat. The staff were very welcoming. The room was clean, a massive bed, fridge and safe. Would stay here again

Location is awesome. It's nearby Copacabana and there are multiple restaurant options nearby to buy food and groceries.
Also, room was spacious and it's really affordable in comparison to other locations.
The key of my room (electronic card reader) failed most of my stay there. I was assigned to the 11th floor , so most of the times when it failed, I needed to go to reception and get it "fix" - It was fixed more like 3 times during my 5 day stay there.
Also, I paid a "Deluxe room with sea view" and the view was mainly lots of other buildings (you could see the sea at the end just a bit) - I was a little disappointed on that.
The breakfast was okay at best. Mainly fruits and pastry.
The rooms are also really close one to the others, so it doesn't feel really "private" - i could even hear the conversations in the rooms that were closed to mine.
