Staff were exceptional and went out of their way to ensure we had a great stay. The breakfast was fantastic, fresh fruits, yogurts, cooked omelettes, scrambled eggs on toast etc. Rooms were quaint and cosy with exposed stone walls. We liked the location which was outside of Kotor on the lake with stunning views. Lots of places to eat within a short stroll.
We liked it all

Breakfast was nice, you could choose between five different breakfasts. If you need to have something else/remove something they were so nice to accommodate the wishes (we heard other people, we didn't use it ourselves).
Nice rooms and bathroom.
Close to Kotor city, 15mins by car. A little supermarket near the hotel and several resturants that you can walk to.

Beautiful boutique hotel with comfortable rooms, great breakfast and very friendly staff. The location is a bit far from Kotor old town, but we really enjoyed staying away from the crowds.
Nothing. Everything was great.

Amazing location, the private "beach" is wonderful and the breakfast was so nice and tasty. The apprtmen was spacious and had everything we needed. Comfortable beds, despite the "old" style. BUT...
The sewer in the bathroom smelled worse than a mans toilet at a gas station. It was disgusting! And we avoided being in our apartment. The night were awful because our kids went to the toilet in the night and left the door open and after only a few minutes the whole apartment smelled... We talked to the staff about this and understand they've had the problem with getting the municipality to fix this for 4 years. I understand it's a problem for them. BUT then you cannot charge 400+eur per night. We paid almost the same as crown plaza in Budva...
