I just returned home after an amazing stay in Montenegro with my wife. It was a beautiful experience and Huma played a huge role in that experience. Mr Gul the manager was an exceptional host who made sure we were comfortable, he went over and beyond to achieve this and we are truly grateful. Also, Ahmad, Andrea and Luka, we're also so helpfu, friendly and cordial and made sure we had a memorable stay at Huma. The views were heavenly and we couldn't get enough. Thank you Huma. Maybe a little more variety with food that include some Africa cuisine, other than that, it was perfect. Okay and also Harder mattresses. It was little hard on our backs 🤭

AC worked great - one of the best in Europe we've experienced. Lovely porch with view of the bay. Fun to watch the ships come in and out.

New, clean waterfront location. Decor is lovely.
Is not easy for anyone with a disability or sight impairment. Most of the reception staff appear inexperienced in hospitality and made several mistakes. The building is lovely but the hotel lacks the class you would expect from similar priced hotels. Unable to book taxis through the hotel so a shuttle service would be a great add on in the future. Possible earlier start to breakfast for residents on the early return flights home. Music in public areas should be more reserved as not everyone wants to feel like they are at a nightclub whilst relaxing.
