Located in Phase 2, Cabrillo 104 offers a great patio and direct access to the pool and beach areas. In addition to Cabrillo 104 we own Cabrillo 102, Cabrillo 103 and Cabrillo 106 ideal for big groups and family reunions; we also own and rent other ground floors close by, in Phase 1 and Phase 2.

The condo was beautiful and spotless clean. The condo had everything you needed. We loved being on the 1st floor very convenient close to pool beach and parking. We will definitely stay here again. Host communicated quickly. Can’t wait to come back.

This rental is in a great location, which was definitely a plus. However, the unit itself is in need of significant upgrades. The couch was worn out and had holes, the cupboards and dishwasher were broken, and the master bathroom shower had missing grout. Unfortunately, due to the condition of the space, I would not choose to stay here again unless renovations are made.
