About this apartment rental
This is a beautiful Beach Front Condo located at the famous 4 star resort Las Palomas Beach and Golf Resort, in Phase 2 which is the newer and most desired phase. This is a 2 bedroom on the 4th floor in the Cordoba Ocean Front Building. This is the most spacious 2 bedroom unit in the Las Palomas Complex. This has the largest gathering space to hang out with friends and family. Our condo plan has the largest balcony of all the 2 bedroom condos at Las Palomas. We welcome all guests, the resort does has a policy that you must have someone at the age of 25 years or older to be able to check in. This is the place to be during all the major holidays! Our room is allowed to have 6 guest total included in fees. 6 people are allowed at the rates provided, unit can sleep 1 additional guest for the resort fee charged. The extra person resort fee is $35 per person/per night fee. Let me be clear, I would never charge this, but the resort will collect this upon arrival to obtain the extra wrist bands.

Another great Rocky Point vacation. Condo was in great shape and very clean. Close enough to beach you can just take the stairs. Great views in afternoon (no glaring sun hitting the balcony). Gym was nice and clean (phase 1). Beach was calm and swimming, snorkeling was great. The kids enjoyed some jet skiing. Watched world cup games at the pool bar and locals were really into it (was fun crowd). Great 4th of July barbeque, live band and fireworks. They did the fireworks a bit too close to the crowd and probably had some repair work the next day with the lit embers landing on the day beds in Phase 3 (usually they shoot the fireworks off over the sea of Cortez). A couple other new resorts did fireworks as well but not as large of a display as Las Palomas. Was a great, relaxing trip a week after a very hectic, jet lagged and activity filled vacation in Kawaii Hawaii for a relatives birthday. This trip actually felt like a vacation. Can't wait to get back to Rocky Point again.

This unit actually lives up to its five-star rating. This is our fifth day at the complex, and the things that make this stand out besides the fact that it’s priced within the average for a similar-size unit are that it’s really well maintained, doesn’t look banged up or over-partied in, is tastefully furnished, not over the Mexican, but very comfortable and again well-maintained. The location is 100% perfect. Room service will come by once a day and fix you up – this is not standard, by the way. We’ve never had that included in our stay. We look forward to staying there again.
