Ground Floor Condo at Las Palomas, one of the few Phase 1 ground floor condo with 3.5 Bedrooms (3 bedrooms and a bunk room ) and 3 bathrooms in the Rental Pool.
One of the Bedrooms is a separate locked in suite with its own full bathroom.
In addition to the 3 bedrooms, we also offer a bunk room for additional sleeping flexibility. This bunk room features a twin bed over a full bed!
2 Sleeper sofas for additional guests or flexibility in accommodations.
Located in Phase 1, Opalo Building this condo offers a great private patio and direct access to the pool and beach areas.

We were very happy with our rental! The view was amazing and the ease of going in and out was great especially with kids. The kids especilly loved their bunkbeds.

Condo was very spacious and easy walk to the pool/beach.Bring your own pillows! Las Palomas doesn’t provide the most comfortable bedding but everything else makes up for it

Both master bedrooms and bathrooms were quite spacious. It was nice having the extra bunk room as a 4th bedroom while still paying a 3-bedroom price. I don't usually like having a first floor condo because of foot traffic and no view of the ocean, but this condo was just like being on an upper floor! High enough for a view while easy to walk right out to the pool.
