The owner and staff were so friendly, receptive and professional. Sarah and her sister went beyond our expectations to make us feel at home and even changed us to another of their venues when we complained about the stairs. The location is a stone-away from the popular train street
Nothing.

Perfumes Cozy House is like a home away from home.
Perfume quickly became like a sister to me and the entire staff became family. If you want a home stay experience unlike any other in Hanoi you must stay here.
Nothing.

The owner and her staff were out of this world. If I could give more than 10 I would. Perfume took care of my week long trips. Amazing company
I didn’t like the fact I had to leave because I wanted to stay forever

The food was good. Staffs were accommodating and pleasant.
Poor facilities. No exhaust fan inside the washroom. Sleepers had foul smell. TV is not working. They never clean nor make up the room, during our stay. You have to ask for new towels downstairs.
