We absolutely loved our stay at Madame Binh!
First of all, the location is fantastic. You’re just far enough from the madness and chaos of Hanoi’s Old Quarter to enjoy peaceful, quiet evenings, but still close enough to walk there or take a five-minute Grab ride. West Lake is also very close, and pretty much everything you might need is right on your doorstep: restaurants, spas, convenience stores, pharmacies, you name it.
But what really makes this place special is Madame Binh herself. She’s such a lovely, thoughtful woman. Communication was excellent even before we arrived, and she was there to welcome us in person. We also found delicious fresh juice waiting in our room, which was such a nice touch after a long journey.
We stayed in the Family Room with our little one, and it was perfect for us. The apartment has absolutely everything you could need for a five-day stay with a small child, including a washing machine and dryer, which were incredibly useful. Everything was spotless, the towels and bed linen were lovely and fresh, and the little balcony was charming. The room was cleaned every two days.
We had actually hoped to join Madame Binh for a local market tour and cooking experience, but travelling with a toddler meant we couldn’t quite fit it into our schedule. Instead, she very kindly arranged some delicious nem and fried vegetables to be brought to our room. Such a thoughtful gesture, and one that really sums up the hospitality here.
We genuinely felt at home throughout our stay. It’s the kind of place where you have your privacy and independence but also know that your host is just a message away if you need anything.
If you’re visiting Hanoi and would rather stay somewhere with character, warmth and a personal touch than in another anonymous hotel, I really couldn’t recommend Madame Binh enough. We’d happily stay here again!

Exceptionnelle ! Mme Binh est une personne vraiment exceptionnelle. Non seulement le séjour chez elle est parfait pour l'emplacement, la propreté, le confort et l'accueil très chaleureux.
Mais aussi pour sa capacité à répondre aux mieux aux attentes des clients. Grâce à son organisation et ses conseils nous avons pu visiter différents sites au Vietnam à des prix très compétitifs. Elle maîtrise bien le français et l'anglais et peut être votre guide pour Hanoi et les alentours.
Nous étions tellement bien chez elle que nous y retournerons assurément lors de notre prochain voyage à Hanoï.

Absolutamente todo! La ubicación, el lugar, la amabilidad y predisposición de Madame Binh. Pasamos unos días en familia espectaculares. Cuando vuelva a Hanoi sin duda volveremos a alojarnos alli!!!
