The Manager was very obliging and helpful in every way. I liked the coffee shop downstairs, a good place to wait or hang out, quite homely!

The kindest staff ever! We arrived at 5 am and the kind lady who who owns this property let us leave our bags and then one of her family members who owns a nearby hotel let us rest there for a few hours before we started our day which really made our day so much better. And then also let us check in early.
Kindness like this really goes a long way! The property was perfect, very clean and tidy. Amazing location. Honestly couldn’t have asked for a better stay. I can’t recommend this property enough!

Space, we booked two apartments for 4 people and had enough space for everybody.
It was safe there, going through a cafe.
Elevator in the building.
The host was incredibly nice, helpful, and responsive. She arranged a taxi driver to take us to the airport, and gave us a map and informed us about different events happening that day in Hanoi.

I would love to drink coffee early in the morning, but the cafe was opening later in the morning, and there was no coffee in the apartment.

The room dont have balcony, i book the room with the balcony like the pictures but it doesn’t have it
The image on the website have balcony that why i book it , but it doesn’t have balcony when am check in
