We loved the hotel. The staff were superb. The rooms amazing. Loved being able to have a snack from the bar fridge and foyer at no cost. Central location good restaurants nearby. Nothing to fault will be back
Our stay wasn’t long enough

Great gym, close to everything, free food and drinks
A little far from the nicer area around Duomo and we thought the price was somewhat high given how basic the hotel and facilities were, however we realize Milan prices are higher so taking this into consideration, it is good value for money. The lift was a little scary! When we arrived, we had travelled very far and the staff member who welcomed us was a little overwhelming - we would have preferred to settle in before awkward chat

Everyone was incredibly helpful, from the staff member who helped carry my luggage up the stairs and into my room to Walter, who handled the check-in process and took the time to explain everything I needed to know about my stay in great detail.
The breakfast was excellent, and I really appreciated that they accommodated my request to make French toast, even though it wasn't on the menu.
Cleanliness was clearly a top priority. The room was sparkling clean, and even the remote control had been thoroughly cleaned.
They also offered complimentary lunch and dinner, along with a 24-hour drink bar in the lobby.
Overall, the outstanding hospitality, attention to detail, and thoughtful extras made for a wonderful stay. Highly recommended!
The hotel is located next to a main street, with trams running at night and people talking on the street. However, the soundproofing was good, and the noise did not bother me during my stay.

Exceptional service and staff. Best experience we've received compared to the many hotels we've previously stayed at. We were greeted at the entrance and our luggage delivered to the room. Light lunch and dinner included with the cost of accommodations, including soft drinks and snacks throughout the day. Couldn't be happier with our stay.
No issues whatsoever
