Breakfast and location were good.
The room was extremely small, and the construction was distracting and noisy. It was ok for two nights, but I would not stay at this hotel for a week or more.

Location to central station which allowed exploring Milan easy
No tea/coffee making facilities in the room, the property was being upgraded so scaffolding on outside of building meant all shutters were closed so room very dark and no refreshments of any kind post breakfast including no chilled water in reception - which should have been essential given the high temperatures outside.
