The staff were welcoming and helpful. The room was clean and comfortable. The location was perfect as we had to be up early to get a train.
The bed was quite hard! And the air conditioning very loud so we just switched it off. Apart from that everything was fine.

This hotel is in a great location, right next to the Milano Centrale train station. The breakfast had a wide variety of items and we especially enjoyed the fresh fruit.
There was nothing we didn't like.

The location is the star. The hotel is right opposite the train station, which makes travelling so much easier. The staff were very friendly, from the 24-hour reception to the breakfast team, and someone was always around to help. The bathroom was updated and spotless, with good water pressure and hot water straight away. Housekeeping came every day, with fresh towels and the bed made.
The hotel feels dated and needs a refurbishment. My single room was very small, the carpet was torn in the corners, and there was no chair, so I had to work on the bed even though there was a desk. The mattress and pillows were very hard. The worst part was the noise. The walls are thin, the plumbing is loud, and every flush from next door woke me up, along with footsteps from upstairs and voices from the neighbouring rooms. I couldn’t get a good night’s sleep, and by the end I was looking forward to checking out.
