Room was Clean, reasonable size for the value. Staff very friendly, very helpful. Good value for the money for the location.
TV wasn't working. Not a huge issue as spent more time out but would of been nice to add to the comfort to settle in upon returning after the day out. They offered compensation of a later checkout which was much appreciated.

Staff and hotel were lovely. Great value for money and location was gorgeous if you want to be close enough to the city centre but away from the hustle and bustle.
The shower was in the middle of the bathroom and didn’t drain very well so you had to walk through a puddle every time you wanted to use the toilet. Not ideal especially after using the soap so the tiles were really slippy.

Found it very comfortable and a good way to experience Amsterdam.
Liked the close proximity to the vondelpark. The building we were in was clean. Stairs were steep and narrow but that was part of the experience. Lobby was nice and had amenities

The location was great. The tram stop was next to a hotel which is amazing for easy travel in and around the city. Walking distance from RAI which was my main target for the convention. Room was quiet and had a balcony which was nice.
The pictures showed nice modern rooms with high specs which I guess is in the main hotel, but I was given room B in the second building which was quite outdated and did not fulfill my expectations. There were stains on the carpet and on the curtains. Had to fiddle with the shower knobs to get the needed shower temperature. I wasn’t planning to watch TV, but the only time I found out it wasn’t actually working. I feel like there is an issue with the cable. And the lighting was poor and quite faint in the room.
