Location was fantastic, close to the park, neighborhood is beautiful. Rooms were as advertised, clean, friendly staff.
We completely knew this at booking, but rooms are quite small with limited space for baggage. OK if you are one person, but two people is a little bit tight. Additionally, reception area is also quite small, limited space to wait and chill in a nice setting if you are waiting for friends or family members to get ready (since the room is small, it would be nice there). However, overall a good stay nonetheless.

Good location for us, visiting family in Amsterdam. Modern rooms and bathrooms.
Shouldn’t be called a hotel. Just a lot of small rooms squeezed into an old apartment building. No hotel vibe, no breakfast (a common area more like dormitory standard). No complimentary water in the room, just a poster in the lift saying Amsterdam has the cleanest water in the world and a vending machine that sells water for 4.50 euros. Tip pay 49 cents in the nearby supermarket. Staff are quite indifferent it’s a transaction - you pay they give you a room key.
