The 53 m² family-friendly two-room apartment, booa2-17, is located in the Upstalsboom Aparthotel Ostseeallee in Boltenhagen and can accommodate up to 3 people. A particular highlight is the beautifully situated southwest-facing rooftop terrace, where you can enjoy the evening sun and the mild Baltic Sea climate.
A starter supply of hand and bath towels is provided in the apartment, and the beds are made for you.
The Location
This exclusive, light-filled apartment is located on the top floor—the penthouse level—of Building 2, facing southwest. The Baltic Sea is practically right outside your door—just 200 meters away, you’ll find Boltenhagen’s kilometer-long, fine-sand beach. The pier and the spa gardens are just a few minutes’ walk away. In the immediate vicinity, you’ll find shopping, restaurants, and cafés, as well as numerous recreational activities and attractions. Hiking and biking trails, a climbing park, wellness and fitness facilities, and a variety of events—such as the popular Seebrückenfest—guarantee an eventful vacation for the whole family.
Amenities This bright and modern non-smoking apartment features radiant floor heating, floor-to-ceiling windows with triple glazing, free Wi-Fi, and a fully equipped open kitchen with a dishwasher, freezer, coffee maker, toaster, kettle, oven, and microwave, as well as a dining area. The living area features a sleeper sofa (1.60 x 2.00 m) and a large flat-screen TV with a Blu-ray player. The separate bedroom is furnished with a modern box-spring bed (1.80 x 2.00 m) and a flat-screen TV. A crib can be set up in the living room for a fee, and you can request a high chair upon request. The stylish bathroom features a walk-in shower, a sink with a hair dryer, a makeup mirror, and a heated towel rack. The apartment has a hallway with a coat rack. On the sunny rooftop terrace, furnished with patio furniture and a parasol, you can enjoy your vacation however you like. From here, you’ll have a unique view of the nearby coastal forest to the northeast and the Tarnewitzer Urwald nature reserve to the south. The rooftop terrace is accessible from the living area. With the exception of a threshold leading to the rooftop terrace, the apartment is designed to be barrier-free.

Uns hat die Wohnung und die Lage sehr gut gefallen. Alles wirkte unbenutzt und neu. Wir kamen uns ein bisschen vor, als wären wir in einer Möbelverkaufsausstellung. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt! Die Ausstattung ist hervorragend. Leider konnten wir nicht den Fernsehsender NDR Hamburg empfangen, dafür nur NDR Niedersachsen und auch nicht NDR Meckelenburg-Vorpommern. Die Bedienunganleitung sollte vereinfacht werden. Aber, wir waren ja nicht zum Fernsehgucken dort. Die Spülmachine ist etwas laut.

Sorry, dass wir hier verwirklichtes Einsparpotential anmerken müssen :
Es gab diesmal nicht mehr die sehr angenehme Duschseife von J&J, es fehlte an den zugesagten zwei Rollen Toilettenpapier, die WC-Belüftungseinrichtung war augenscheinlich defekt (rote Dauerbeleuchtung).
Vorgenanntes soll uns jedoch nicht von einer Wiederholung im nächsten Jahr abhalten können und soll als Anregung zur Dienstleistungsstabilisierung verstanden werden.
