Excellent location close to the Hauptbahnhof, metro and tram stops, with a shopping centre and supermarket nearby. Despite our room overlooking a lively plaza with restaurants and terraces, it was surprisingly quiet both outside and inside the hotel, and we slept very well. The room was spacious and clean, and housekeeping did a very good job throughout our stay. We really appreciated being allowed to check in early after a tiring journey, and the staff accommodating our requests about the beds and bathroom layout. All the staff were friendly and helpful.
We also thought the breakfast was very good value for money. Instead of a buffet, they offer an extensive à la carte menu, with a meal, a hot drink, and orange juice included. There are plenty of sweet and savoury options, including pancakes, a yoghurt bowl, porridge, eggs prepared in different ways, avocado toast and various vegetarian and non-vegetarian combinations. A great selection to start the day!
A minor point about breakfast: some dishes were a little too rich for my taste, like the extra olive oil on the avocado. This is purely a matter of preference, though, and the staff were happy to accommodate our request to serve the hollandaise sauce separately with the Eggs Benedict.
The only other suggestion would be to vacuum the floors a little more frequently, as they sometimes felt a bit dusty during our five-night stay, despite the otherwise great daily cleaning.

Front desk check- in was WELCOMING! We did not expect an early check-in but he offered it to us. Yay! Organic Authentic Family vibe which we prefer. Thankful.

The main reasons for booking the hotel were 1) the location and 2) Air-conditioning. Both have lived up to the expectations.
We loved the location - only a few min from Vienna Central Station (Wien Hauptbahnhof), the metro station and the tram station. It was also close to the Main Street where you can find several supermarkets and some good eateries. The Italian restaurant just below the hotel was amazing good - authentic and friendly staff.
Helpful staff
When we arrived, we noticed that one large towel was missing. It was also a little frustrating that the bath tap was not functioning properly, as it took some time and effort to turn it on. The hand wash dispenser had not been refilled either.

Beautiful boutique hotel close to the Hauptbahnhof, with a great restaurant and excellent breakfast. Nice room, with a nice shower. Everything was new and tidy. I could safely store my bike in their courtyard.
I didn't have a nightstand next to my bed to put my phone (also my alarm clock) on and charge it, and the small table in the room was also on the small side.
