Everything was ok and clean.
We was 3, for the evening part of the party, we needed to get ready using a mirror—which was only in the bathroom and quite small (for bathroom it’s ok, but for dressing not) and some issue with the shower the night before—the water was draining very slowly —but after I reported it, it was fixed in the morning.

Favoriten is close to downtown, Hofburg. And public transport is very comfortable.

It was clean
There wasn't a living room, only 3 bedrooms. The table was in a bedroom, but the set up was different from the photo - there was bed and after table, which means that you need to pass the bed to get to the table. Only 4 chairs were there. Kitchen is too small for preparation and it was located in the corridor by the entrance.
Unlocking the apartment was complicated and took some time to understand the system.
