The property very clean, and in an excellent location, just a 10minute walk from Wien Hauptbahnhof (Vienna Central Station). The location was very convenient for exploring Vienna, with excellent connections to trams, buses, and trains. Supermarkets, grocery stores, and restaurants were all nearby. Overall, everything was great, and I had a very pleasant stay. Highly recommended!
The in-room amenities could be improved. Providing complimentary bottled water and a minibar in the room would make the stay more comfortable and convenient for guests.

High level to avoid the noises and location near train stations
Staff not friendly and the bed too small

Spacious, clean, and well-equipped. Bathroom works well. Smooth check-in. Staff was nice and very generous by giving us early check-in since the room was ready.
Nothing in particular. It would be a plus if slippers are provided.

1. Location (approx 10min walk to Vienna Main Train Station
2. Cleanliness of room
3. Staff are polite
Though I know through the reviews that it is a basic hotel; one should minimally provide mugs for toothbrushing.. since disposal ones are provided, they should at least change new ones. Note: 4 disposal cups (2 in the toilet and 2 on the room table) are provided for a 3-night stay for 3 of us (triple room). There are only 2 chairs in the room. There's no kettle in the room though we were able to get hot water from the reception. No free coffee/tea but one can buy coffee from the vending machine at a good price of Euro1.5

"We had a lovely stay in Vienna, the proximity to the train station made our stay very practical and the nearby metro station allowed us to visit the city very easily. The hotel was calm, in a nice nei..."
