Location is great to get to the ferry.
Beds getting a bit jaded especially upstairs. Shouldn't really have to pay an extra $20 to park a trailer. Never had to pay anywhere else and no street parking option available.

Great location, and enough room for our whole family as described. Loved having the upstairs rooms to put the kids to bed and having downstairs for the lounge.

good for our group of people that we had staying (teenagers and adults - were able to seperate people out appropriately for sleeping arrangements.
Could design the kitchen area a little better - very short on bench space. also to have a bigger couch and a lounge chair would be good.
I also found the light from the walkway shone through the glass front door at night - maybe a blind could be installed on the door. Bed also seemed very soft but was quite comfortable.

The location is convenient and everything is clean and neat
The beds were way too soft, I hardly slept. After a long night like that a good coffee might help but the quality of the coffee is unfortunately also really bad.
