Great location, Super friendly and helpful staff, spacious room with good amenities.
The property is a bit tired but I feel that the price reflected the value of the property. I was concerned when I arrived to note that the outside of the building was surrounded by scaffolding and my room was on the first floor, I was there to study for and sit an important exam, however, this was managed well and surprisingly the traffic noise was less of an issue than when I stayed further up the terrace on a higher floor so it did not cause any significant disruption. The only negative was that the bed is not that comfortable, but again, not a major issue as I was extremely tired!

The staff on the 16th of October were really helpful! She was amazing, I am so grateful for her.
The heater in the room didn’t work which was a small problem.

Location of the property was convenient.
Easy to find.
Fan in bathroom did not work.
Heater in bathroom did not work.
Ran out of hot water after one 10 minute shower.
Tile on floor was loose/broken.
All the pillows were very high and uncomfortable.
Scaffolding on outside of building meant the balcony could not be used.
The Executive Studio was very small...I would hate to see what the Standard Studio was like.
No in-house parking available which we were told after booking.
