As I checked in after 10pm, the after hours manager came down and opened reception. The service delivered by this lovely lady was impeccable. In spite of the very late time (after 10.30pm) I was greeted with a smile and she made me feel very welcome.
The neighboring room guests were a little noisy but as I was exhausted I went straight to sleep!

Friendly receptionist. Great location.
The shower was cold, in order to get hot water the pressure completely dropped. Noise from hallway very clearly heard from room.
