Here you’ll find a bright, welcoming, ground-floor 2-room apartment in Timmendorfer Strand, which, at 45 m², offers space for 3 people.
The cozy sitting area in the living room, which converts into a sleeper sofa, along with the flat-screen TV, telephone (not included in the rental agreement—for use on the German landline network), and an iPod docking station ensure a great set of amenities.
In the adjacent open area is a beautiful, fully equipped kitchen with all small appliances, such as a coffee maker, toaster, electric kettle, etc.
The 14 m² south-facing, sheltered terrace with a large, colorful awning can be used for many occasions.
The separate bedroom invites you to dream with its large double bed (1.80 m x 2.00 m with separate mattresses).
The windows can be darkened with special roller shades.
Off the hallway is the bright, naturally lit bathroom.
You can park your bicycles right in front of the house.
A parking space is reserved for you.
Wi-Fi is available (no right to a refund or replacement in case of disruptions or outages).
There is a coin-operated washer and dryer (50-cent coins) in the basement. It can be reached via an outdoor staircase.
