This very tasteful and modern 2-room apartment in Scharbeutz, located on the 2nd floor with a north-facing balcony in Building A "Strandglück," is easily accessible by elevator. It features a modern living-dining area with a sleeper sofa, flat-screen TV, stereo/CD player, Wi-Fi, DVD player, and a dining area. A very well-equipped kitchenette (dishwasher, glass-ceramic cooktop, oven, microwave, Nespresso machine, coffee maker) awaits you. The balcony offers lake views and a beautiful view of the spa park and is accessible from both the living room and the bedroom. The bedroom features a comfortable double bed and a flat-screen TV. A beautiful bathroom with a tiled shower area and a high-quality glass shower enclosure is available here. Underfloor heating ensures a comfortable room temperature. A parking space in the underground garage (the maximum clearance height of the garage is 1.95 m) as well as a lockable basement storage room for bicycles, which belongs to the apartment, are available for use.

The apartments are located directly across from the spa park, just a few steps away from the pedestrian zone. Cozy cafes, restaurants, charming boutiques, the beautiful pier, and—last but not least—the beautifully landscaped “Dünenmeile” invite you to stroll and linger. Unfortunately, the building does not have a bicycle storage room! Outdoor parking spaces or underground parking spaces are available. The clearance height of the underground garage is 1.90 m!!!
