This is a perfect location just 5 minutes walk to Lake Wanaka and 10 minutes walking to the center of Wanaka. It is on a quiet street adorned with gorgeous properties and the unit is very, very clean inside and out. Bed is comfortable and spacious. The host is so friendly and helpful and fun to talk to. We will definitely come back for another stay here! Highly recommend😎
No issues with the property at all.

Modern, comfortable and private. The chocolates and biscuits were a nice addition. Only a short walk to the local restaurants.
Only on street parking but in what seems like a very good, safe an quiet neighbourhood.

It is a brand new place so nice decor. Had table for eating and 2 seater sofa. Good air con for warmth.
It is a converted garage so attached to house. Could hear the hosts shower and them squeegyng down the shower early in the morning.
Could do with better lighting or leave a light on for late arrivals (we did advise arrival time).
Good location if have a car but a long walk if you don't.

Everything needed for an overnight stay.
Parking was out on the road which meant a few trips to bring our significant amount of luggage and bikes in 😀.
