Enjoyed our short stay very much, our hosts made us feel welcome and like a home away from home. We had some fabulous sunsets, a great hike recommendation and such comfort.

Aspiring Lofts was an absolute gem of a find! Our loft had beautiful mountain and lake views which could be enjoyed both from the balcony and our room. Claire and Jim are wonderful hosts, providing high-quality, clean and beautifully appointed self contained apartments. A lovely breakfast selection including homemade treats, coffee machine and the thoughtful extras throughout our stay added such a lovely personal touch and made us feel genuinely welcome.
The lofts are conveniently located in a quiet area just a short distance from the town which made it a perfect base to explore beautiful Wanaka and our hosts also shared some great local tips on things to see and do.
A huge thank you to Claire and Jim for making our stay so comfortable, relaxing and enjoyable. Aspiring Lofts exceeded our expectations, and we wouldn't hesitate to recommend it to anyone looking for a special place to stay in Wanaka. We would happily return!

Our stay at Aspiring Lofts was absolutely perfect! The apartment is in a lovely setting, everything is spotlessly clean, and the location is incredibly convenient. We had two wonderful days in Wanaka.
From the balcony, we enjoyed stunning views of Mount Roy, Lake Wanaka and the breathtaking starry sky at night. A huge thank‑you to our kind elderly host for all the thoughtful treats: milk, yoghurt, honey, various jams, fresh fruit, cookies, juice and so much more. It really felt like being looked after by warm grandparents.
Thank you so much for everything. Wishing you good health and happiness. Hope to see you again!
