The wifi is amazingly fast. Fastest so far 200Mbps Dl speed. Clean and modern room with attached bathroom. Is almost like an airbnb arrangement with privacy, room is attached to the main house with the door being locked, allowing separate entrance from the backyard.
The shower water pressure is the weakest i’ve ever experience. Took me a long time to get a good shower, even tried adjusting the shower head still remain very low water pressure. The sink tap water pressure is much much better than the shower. room can be a little too hot in late afternoon 6pm, which has the full afternoon sun. It would be nice if it has air conditioning.

Located away but near (in a housing precinct). Comfortable bed, nice bathroom. Modern.
Massive wardrobe but no TV in room or hairdryer in bathroom. Only 6 coffee capsules for 2 people for 2 days.
On arrival the room was unbearably hot with full sun coming thru glass sliding doors around 5:45/6pm. We were forced to close the curtains and sit in a darkened room with no outside view to cool room. Not a holiday experience. Apparently there is a/c outlet which can be operated inside host’s house. On notification this was offered by Host. The pillowcases had been washed but were screwed up and unironed - unpresentable. Mentioned this to host on phone who was shocked that this was an expectation! Ironed pillowcases were left in a plastic bag the next day under the carport. (Told no one had complained before.)The heat situation I noted today was in a review only last week and so host was therefore aware.
There was no personal contact with host during our stay despite being next door. Balcony = decking.
