We had a lovely overnight stay at Miller & Carter Sheffield. The room, facilities and location were excellent.
Unfortunately, breakfast finishing at 9:30 am on a Monday was far too early, especially as we didn’t get back until 1 am. Breakfast was included in our price, but we were unable to enjoy it. We feel 10 am or 10:30 am would be much more reasonable.
It was a shame this let down an otherwise excellent stay. Given the circumstances, we would appreciate it if you would consider a goodwill gesture to reflect the breakfast we missed.
We look forward to hearing from you.
