It was lovely and my mom enjoyed it and to see the grandchildren and the food and service was very nice, excellent care from the staff.
It was in a good location and I walked to town which was great

So close to city centre, lovely breakfast and easy to get around the hotel. Staff friendly and approachable
Check in and parking due to location was a bit of a faff but it’s in the middle of Sheffield so not really a surprise and the paid car park next door (with discount) is really clean and well lit.

The room was good. No problems. Location of the hotel was within five minutes walk of the place we used in Sheffield
The bacon was tough and not eatable. The hash browns and the scrambled eggs were rather cool.

Friendly staff and really comfortable clean room
Breakfast was running low and missing lots of items when we came at 9
Also really disappointed the pool was out of use when we had booked it - I purposefully booked it for the pool and then we were told the chemicals couldn’t be balanced and we couldn’t use when we booked at 8 and then as we checked out the lady told us we could use it now but it was two hours after we had booked
