Couldn’t really fault the property, our room was lovely and relaxed, great facilities, we used the pool, it was lovely and clean. The restaurant was clean. Great location with a lovely view would be great in the summertime.
Only one minor inconvenience, we had tea at the Tavern which did take a long time to arrive but other than that we couldn’t complain

Room was excellent and staff professional and friendly. Good selection for breakfast with hot buffet, pastries, cold meats and cheeses. Short walk into city centre.
Whilst immediate area surrounding hotel was pleasant alongside the canal basin, the walk into the city centre was through a run down area albeit one that is undergoing regeneration.

Excellent location for my trip . Easy and good value parking. Very good gym and pool .
No hot water in shower and hardly any clothes hangers . Window stuck .
