The hotel is incredible for westerners traveling. We got the premium room because I am tall and it was a great size. The building is fun and has a lot of energy and it's easy to get all over the west side of Tokyo.
Honestly everything was excellent

The staff is very friendly and helpful. The hotel location is perfect: close to important transport hubs to visit Tokyo but still quite calm.

Fantastic location especially for early morning departure. Beds comfy and the onsen was much needed after all the travelling.

I liked that it was in a quiet part of town away from the main Shinjuku area. The bakery was very good and the staff were very helpful.
The walls are very thin and the room was very noisy with other guests. High price for limited space in room and noisy.
