I loved the AC, the change of towels, trash, etc.
The hotel provides Q-tips, razors, bath towels, shower caps, combs, tooth paste, etc.
The hotel is next to a bus stop that takes you to shinjuku station or shibuya. The streets are not noisy or bright, it’s a very calm location.
The only thing i noticed that is easily fixable, on the sides in between the wall and the bathtub and on the floor in the bathroom there’s either an algae or mold build up. Otherwise the room was very clean.

The Staff was amazing and very helpful. Hotel was very clean and we loved the location. We were very happy with our choice of this hotel and we would recommend it for a stay in Tokyo. Train station was just down the street 5 minute walk and the bus stop was across the street. The park was great to enjoy as well.

My room was mostly clean but it seemed a bit dusty don't know if it wasn't cleaned well or if their central ac needs to be dusted wasn't sure. The hotel room was a bit worn but not run down. I could tell some areas had gotten renovations over others. But I always like staying at tokyu stay properties. The staff is always immensely helpful.
