Staff went out of their way to be helpful considerate and friendly. Wentvfor birthday celebration received a gift one from the hotel management and two from the staff quite unexpected. Hotel clean comfortable food excellent buffet breakfast had excellent choices. From the moment we arrived to the moment we left it was a thoroughly wonderful experience I would certainly stay here again location to town centre only a minutes walk away hotel has good car parking facilities and a,lift.

Location was perfect. Breakfast were good but food not the warmest.
The heater/radiator in the room would not get warm enough. It was therefore a little cold.

Very friendly staff who kindly provided us with an upgrade. Fantastic value for money given the central location and included parking.
Nothing.

The location was good.
We have handicapped and both days a non handicapped person was parked in the only spot and we were told basically too bad. We asked for a quiet room. We were given a second floor. The people above us were very noisy both late at night and early in the morning. Also we were above the breakfast room so they were loud at 6am. Also, breakfast tasted terrible.
