Depending on the orientation, you can enjoy either a northeast view of the Baltic Sea or a southwest view of the inland lake. Thanks to its unique location between the inland lake and the Baltic Sea, the building is ideal for anyone who loves the water. You’re just a few minutes away from the sandy beach and the promenade: simply cross a quiet 30-km/h street, follow the promenade path—and in no time you’ll have your feet in the fine beach sand.
One free, assigned parking space is available per apartment, located either directly behind the building or across the street, and clearly marked with the apartment number. Bicycles can be securely parked at the bike racks in front of and next to the building. You’re also well-connected by public transportation: The “Hauptstrandweg” bus stop is located just about 50 meters from the building, allowing you to easily reach other destinations. A shared laundry room with a washer and dryer is available on the first floor of the complex. You can easily reach the upper floors via two separate stairwells or the elevator.
