Sunny and well-maintained vacation apartment on the 2nd floor with a south-facing balcony and a view of the inland lake.
The living room, hallway, and children’s room have been fitted with designer wood-look flooring (vinyl).
Entertainment options include an internet radio, a large-screen Wi-Fi-enabled smart TV, and a Blu-ray & DVD player.
The cozy new leather corner sofa is located by the window, next to the dining table with 4 chairs. The apartment also features a modern and cozy lighting system.
The double bed is located in the back of the apartment and is separated by a curtain.
In the children’s room, you’ll find two recliners that can be used as full-size beds.
The new, modern brand-name kitchen, featuring an induction cooktop, an oven with a microwave function, and a refrigerator, is L-shaped.
New, contemporary shower room/restroom with a shower stall.
One dog may be brought along upon request. The price per night will then increase by 5.00 euros.

The well-maintained “Dünenhof” apartment building is located on the unique Steinwarder peninsula in Heiligenhafen and offers 56 individually furnished vacation apartments ranging from 33 to 54 square meters in size, accommodating 2 to 5 people.
From the balconies and terraces, as well as the sunbathing lawn at the back, guests of this property can enjoy a magnificent view—either of the inland lake that characterizes the town or our wonderful Baltic Sea.
The property offers you direct access to the inland lake, even with your water sports equipment—hop on your board and off you go!
The main swimming beach, supervised by the DLRG, is located 150 meters away, almost right outside the door. After a short walk (1,000 meters), you’ll reach the Baltic Sea vacation park with attractive recreational options such as dune golf, the Aktiv Hus Spa, and children’s playgrounds. A soccer field, skate park, kite field, and beach volleyball courts in the immediate vicinity offer further opportunities to spend your vacation actively.
You can park your bicycles and sports equipment in the designated areas on the property.
Are you traveling by car? Park your car conveniently in the apartment’s private parking space on the property.
You can reach the appropriate floor—one of the four—by elevator or via the staircase. On the first floor, you’ll find public restrooms and a shared laundry room (use of the washer and dryer is available for a fee). You can conveniently dispose of general waste on each floor via the trash chutes.
