This exclusive apartment features two separate bedrooms, each with a double bed, as well as a full en suite bathroom and an additional shower room with a toilet. The spacious dining area with an integrated kitchenette is perfect for enjoying cozy meals. From the tastefully furnished living room, you’ll enjoy a stunning view of the inland lake and access to the beautiful south-facing terrace.

We’d be happy to work with you to find a suitable time frame or suggest alternative rental properties from our portfolio.
Bed linens (12 € per person) and towels (8 € per person) are available for rent. Please let us know after completing your booking so that we can add these charges later and ensure the bed linens and/or towels are ready for you before your arrival.

The three-story apartment building is located on Steinwarder, beautifully surrounded by the Binnensee and the Baltic Sea.
This quiet building offers individually designed and furnished studios and apartments ranging from 19 to 76 square meters for 2–4 guests. Each apartment features a direct lake view from the balcony or terrace, which faces south for plenty of sunshine.
A bright stairwell leads to the enclosed pergolas on each floor. The ground-floor apartments are accessed via private front doors at the rear of the building.
The property offers direct access to Heiligenhafen’s inland lake. Whether by SUP, air mattress, or surfboard—here you can head straight out onto the water from the sunbathing lawn.
A fire pit, benches, and a small dock are also available to guests.
You can park your bicycles in the covered, designated area behind the house.
Each apartment comes with an assigned parking space on the property or in the parking lot across the street.
The marina and downtown are just a leisurely stroll away along the inland lake promenade.
