Lovely town house property so close to the city. Nice size room and decor.
One disadvantage is no lift. Otherwise perfect.

We stayed for 3 nights in this charming hotel in a very clean and renovated family room large enough for 4 of us. The location is very close to the Haymarket train and tram lines which was very useful for us during our stay since we came in on a train from England and visited St Andrews, The hotel is a great value- just far enough from the tourist areas to be quiet, but easy enough to get to everything on the tram.
