This is such a cute hotel right in the middle of everything the staff was very nice the only thing we did not like was no elevator but the rooms were very nice

This hotel is very beautiful and in a quiet area near the busier spot of Venice in the San Marco area. The decor is modern and they had 1 queen bed and two twin beds for ou family of four. The staff was very helpful and sent us three documents to guide us to the hotel from various locations, a document that offered local tours on behalf of the hotel and another one with more helpful info. They sent this without us asking as well! They helped us bring our suitcases up via the stairs and recommended a local restaurant that I had actually researched before going to visit! It was quite good too! The staff also helped us with calling a water taxi to head to the airport for us and walked us to the taxi to make sure we knew where to go. It was the most help we had in our trip! It is 8 minutes to San Marco square and lots of nice restaurants and stores close by. We highly recommend a stay here!

Did not use the AC
All attractions were in walkable distance , Lot of restaurants were very close to walk
Overall, I would recommend
