I loved the 24-hr. concierge, absolute gentlemen, its location, the comfort of the beds, breakfast, access to the all that is Venice. It was perfect for the money.
Perhaps the size, but still we go on.

Breakfast was very good, fresh scrambled eggs & bacon, croissants. Get the espresso or cappuccino ! Rooms are on the small side and cozy. Plenty of hot water..
Unfortunately our room window opened to the side street where trash & bottles were picked up early morning. Reminded me of trash pickup in NYC. It was very noisy but the hotel staff were wonderful, we were delayed and checked in a day late. They held the room, we let them know, and did they did not charge us! Also such a convenient location to St Marks Sq and AliLaguna

For almost 200 Euro for this room. Was very disappointing. My bed was soooo tiny , no shampoo, no conditioner no moisturiser no air con and the tiniest of window. Yes it is Venice and I have stayed at other hotels.. but as a solo traveller the room was way below average.
Staff where not welcoming at all.
I was in the 4th floor and the lift stopped at the 3rd floor so I had to carry my suitcase up another 15 or so stairs .
Not my vibe. But loved Venice
