The hotel had everything our family needed for a lovely stay in Venice. The location was great, the beds were comfortable, and the stunning decor made our experience in this beautiful city even more special. We really enjoyed our time here! Breakfast was a nice option to have, though not something I would consider a priority when choosing this hotel.

Excellent Location. Near. Right next to St. Mark's Square. I think it's the hotel with the best location in this price range.
The staff was very impersonal. The breakfast was very meager. It's not worth paying for. There are plenty of coffee shops right across from the hotel entrance that serve good coffee and panini.

Staff is nice
But can you imagine that this 4 stars hotel does not provide mineral water bottles in the rooms.
Honestly at 400 euros the night it is unacceptable.
