Great stay, but I really was expecting WOW customer service and was a little underwhelmed

Everything was excellent but I only wish the water park was open earlier for the kids to go swimming before checkout or open later.

Place in halls and lobby extremely hot. Restaurant in place are very high priced. And could use. More seating in the arcade. Area. And better air movement. In the pool. Way too hot in the pool area also. Shouldn’t charge for parking. Pay enough for room and extra

One of the waterslides wasn’t working so that was a little disappointing. Pool closing at 8 for hotel guess was a little early in my opinion. Maybe let hotel guess have the pool extended to 10pm.
