The breakfast was good. The staff was very nice and helpful when I had a question. The room was quiet and comfortable.

Its clean and spacious, quite at night.
The toilet paper dispenser is not handy.Im a righty person, and you have to twist your body to get the toilet paper

The location was very convenient, especially because the Mall of America was extremely close. That was definitely the best part of the stay.
The hotel gives the appearance of being newer or recently renovated, but once you get into the rooms, you can tell it has mostly had a facelift. Cleanliness was my biggest issue. There were no paper cups, and the glass cups provided were cloudy and looked questionable. The shower floor looked like it had not been properly cleaned in several stays, and there appeared to be mold in the corners of the sink. I could honestly go on about the cleanliness issues. For a hotel that presents itself as modern and updated, I expected much better upkeep and sanitation.
