No help offered to open sofa bed or to take luggage up to room. When asked, the only clerk available did leave the front desk to do it and was very pleasant. However, another clerk or bellman is needed.
Front desk had no knowledge of or suggestion for area tours.

Overall, we really enjoyed our stay. The location was excellent—everything we wanted to do was nearby, which made getting around easy and convenient. The hotel itself was comfortable, and we had a great experience overall.
My only complaint is that room service/housekeeping never came to our room during the three nights we stayed. Fresh towels and a quick room refresh would have made the stay even better.
Other than that, we had a wonderful trip and would definitely consider staying here again because of the great location.

First pricey hotel we've gotten. It was basically a 1 bedroom apartment. Everything was super clean and nice. The pillows were amazing. Pool in building breakfast on warmed plates. Honestly its so much better than the cheap hotels

We had a great 2 night stay. Both rooms were clean and spacious. Breakfast was excellent, with many choices. Staff was amazing!
