Most impressed by:
The Staff, they were lovely.
Breakfast was delicious.
Entertainment, Colin Mills was outstanding.
The bedroom was bright, airy, clean and nicely laundered.
Not so good:
Lift didn't go to top floor where we stayed so we had lots to carry, which was quite difficult for our party.
Bathroom was not as clean as it could have been.

We stayed three nights at The Nailcote Hall hotel whilst visiting the local area.
One one night we were joined by friends for dinner. Unfortunately, for reasons we never really got to the bottom of we waited well over an hour for our dinners to arrive and then two of the meals were not what was ordered. However, the management on duty went to great lengths to apologise and appease us. We were not charged for the meals that were wrong, or our drinks. This only happened on the one night we were there and overall the service we received was very good indeed as was the quality of the food. The staff work incredibly hard to ensure very good service.
This was a nice hotel in a good location for us with good facilities
