Good sized room
Facilities good
Noise from nearby room/doors banging
Got woken through night by very loud, thick coughing from nearby room
Also banging from 5:00am which we assume was other guests doors

Super friendly staff, loads of parking, comfortable room and overall excellent value for money. Would return and highly recommended.
Could have done with a few more coffee bags and milk in the room but I am sure had I asked at reception I'd have got some.

Nice welcome by reception staff. Nice bar staff and intentive. Good live music and buzz in the bar which was not heard in the bedroom. Hot water was good and extra heater was very useful.
Tired decor throughout, very cold room on arrival, windows let in cold.
Dirty/dusty lampshade, room seemed tired and scruffy. Lack of milk in the coffee/tea tray in room.
Breakfast staff weren't very welcoming and slack, they didnt keep crockery or food topped up on the self service food even though more guests arrived. The breakfast was disappointing with choice, no nice youghurts, honey etc or cut fresh fruit.
Staff Seemed very unprofessional, main breakfast lacked taste and seemed cheap ingredients used, unlike another hotel you own and I've stayed in prior.
Pillows uncomfortable.
