Really friendly and helpful staff. The rooms are a little tired but overall a pleasant stay

Overnight stop between flights in and out of BHX. Breakfast was great. Room (002) was comfortable with exception of water plumbing noises at intermittent times throughout the night. Taxi from aitport costs 16 pounds, no shuttle, so factor that in.

Room was clean and comfortable, staff were friendly and helpful. Air con in the room was a god send a little noisy but not a major issue. Breakfast was delicious and lots to choose from. It was our second time staying here and would happily stay here again.

Everything was excellent at the hotel, nd would like to stay there again. My only comment would be that the parking overnight was expensive.
