Set in a wooded area, you’ll find lovingly furnished townhouses and semi-detached homes with fully equipped kitchen-diners, separate bedrooms, and modern bathrooms with showers; some homes feature a wood-burning stove. Nearby shopping and restaurants are easily accessible. One parking space per house, bicycle storage, and use of a washing machine are provided, and pets are welcome in select homes.

You can relax on the seasonally furnished south-west-facing terrace. On the first floor, there is a bedroom with two single beds and a closet, as well as a shower room with a toilet and free use of the washing machine. A staircase leads to the upper floor, which features another bedroom with a double bed, a closet, a second TV, and seating. A guest restroom is also available on this upper floor. Family-friendly amenities include a high chair, a crib, toys, and a handcart. This smoke-free home is ideal for up to 4 people. A free parking space is available directly at the house. Additional parking spaces are available in the surrounding public areas for a fee. Pets are not allowed. Charging electric and hybrid vehicles is not permitted.
