The Nox hotel is located in a convenient location to Galway city. Complimentary spacious Guest parking is much appreciated.
My room was Comfortable Relaxing and Spotless Clean..
Two issues that need bringing attention to Management: 1. On checkin, the receptionist was continually being interrupted by 2 other staff members regarding issues not related to my checkin procedure . This was both unprofessional and distracting to the receptionist.
2. My Goats Chees Salad was accompanied by small " Fruit Flies " wandering around the dish. I couldn’t finish it when I noticed them.
The waitress acknowledged they had an issue with the "Flies" and casually apologised. But still charged me for it.
I have stayed at the Nox previously and have always encountered professionalism and no issues with Food health & safety standards. Until my latest stay. I offer my constructive feed back in a positive manner to assist with maintaining consistent standards going forward.

Location and breakfast were good-bed was comfortable.
A little tired, the dark hallway was not at all welcoming and the window would not close. Plus the TV remote did not have batteries and the TV did not always turn on
